**Payments:** Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal, Zelle, your bank for checks or wire transfers, or our booking platform). We do not store your full card or bank account numbers on our systems.

7. Important Note About Health Information
Minds & Milestones LLC provides educational coaching. We are not a medical provider, and coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental-health treatment. We are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. Regardless, we treat everything you share with us as confidential and protect it as described in this Policy.
8. Confidentiality and Its Limits
We keep client information confidential. We may disclose information in limited situations, including: where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to you, your child, or another person; where disclosure is required by law, such as mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse or neglect; or where required by a valid court order.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Privacy Rights
