No. Minds & Milestones offers educational coaching and parent support: goals, strategies, and encouragement. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it complements, never replaces, care from your child’s doctor or a licensed professional.
No. Many families come to coaching while they’re still figuring things out. You’re welcome exactly where you are in your journey.
Yes. Sessions are held over secure video, so you can join from anywhere in the country. No commute, and session times flex around your family’s routine.
BMSI (Behavior Modification and School Integration) is a structured methodology Dr. Anupama developed in 2008, focused on early support and helping children take part in everyday school life. Her U.S. coaching draws on the same depth of experience, shared in plain, practical language for parents.
Your Initial Evaluation is $100 for a 45-minute online session. Ongoing support is available as individual sessions or flexible packages tailored to your family’s needs.
We do not accept insurance. Minds & Milestones is private pay, with flexible packages tailored to individual or family needs. You can pay by PayPal, Zelle, check, or wire.
