We see you

If any of this sounds familiar,
you're in the right place.

The day fills up, the hours disappear, and the one thing that mattered most is still not started.
You have tried the planners, the apps, and the color-coded calendars. None of them survived the second week.
Mornings and homework hour at home end in the same argument every single day.
You can focus for six straight hours on the wrong task, and not get five minutes into the right one.
Deadlines only feel real once they are on fire, and then everything gets done at once.
You have been told to “just try harder” so many times that you have started to believe the problem is you.
An ADHD brain is not a broken version of everyone else’s. It needs systems built for how it actually works.

Clear & honest

What ADHD coaching is, and what it isn't.

You deserve to know exactly what you’re signing up for. Here it is, in plain words.

What coaching IS Yes

  • Systems and structure for focus, planning, and follow-through
  • Skill-building around starting tasks, time, and organization
  • Practical strategies for home and school, for parents of kids with ADHD
  • Accountability from an experienced guide in your corner

What coaching is NOT No

  • It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not assess or diagnose ADHD
  • We do not advise on medication. That conversation belongs with your prescriber
  • It does not replace care from your doctor or a licensed professional
  • We happily work alongside fany care team, school, or prescriber you already have
You do not need a formal diagnosis to work on focus, planning, and follow-through. If an evaluation is what you are looking for, we will say so and point you toward qualified licensed professionals.

Five simple steps

How it works

It starts with one 45-minute conversation. The rest, we walk together.
1

Initial Evaluation

A relaxed 45-minute online conversation about where things break down in a normal week.

2

Parental training

For parents: hands-on training in the strategies that hold at home and at school. For adults: a system built around your own day.

3

Regular sessions

Weekly or biweekly online sessions that keep the system running when novelty wears off.

4

You practice between sessions

Small experiments in your real life, sized so a hard week does not undo the progress.

5

Review, adjust, celebrate

What worked stays, what did not gets redesigned without blame. Wins get counted.

Real life, real progress

What we work on together

The parts of an ADHD week that quietly cost the most time and energy.

Focus & getting started

Shrink the first step until starting stops being the hardest part of the task.

Time & planning

Make time visible, so an hour stops meaning “sometime today” and deadlines stop ambushing you.

Organization that lasts

One capture point, one calendar, one review habit. Fewer systems, kept properly.

School, homework & support plans

For parents: routines that hold at home, and clearer conversations with the school about support.

Frustration & big feelings

Practical ways to catch the spike early, at your desk or at your kitchen table, before it takes the whole evening.

Routines for low-motivation days

Build the version of your day that still works when interest and energy do not show up.
Every plan is personalized, built around your goals, your strengths, and your real schedule.
HER OWN METHODOLOGY · SINCE 2008

Coached by someone who builds methodologies, not just gives tips

In 2008, Dr. Anupama developed BMSI, her own structured methodology built around behavior and school integration, and founded her own practice, where it has guided families for over 18 years. The same discipline shapes her ADHD coaching: observe what actually happens in a real week, change one thing, and review it honestly.

Observe first Before advice comes observation. We map where the week actually breaks down, not where you assume it does.
One change at a time A single structure, sized to survive a bad day, beats a full productivity system abandoned by Thursday.
Honest review What works is kept, what does not is redesigned. The system gets blamed, never you.
Good questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you diagnose ADHD?
No. We do not diagnose, assess, or treat ADHD. Coaching starts from where you already are and builds practical systems around it. If you are looking for an evaluation, we will say so and point you toward qualified licensed professionals.
No. Minds & Milestones offers educational coaching: goals, strategies, and accountability. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it complements, never replaces, care from your doctor or a licensed professional.
No. Medication decisions belong with your prescriber. Coaching works on the skills and structures around daily life, and it fits alongside whatever your medical team recommends.
Both. Adults with ADHD work with Dr. Anupama directly. For children and teens, the work usually runs through parent coaching, so the strategies hold at home and at school rather than only inside a session.
Coaching works on structure, environment, and habits, and that work stands on its own regardless of whether you take medication. Whether medication is right for you is a conversation for your doctor.
Most systems fail because they were designed for a brain that remembers to check them. We build around your actual patterns, keep the system small enough to survive a bad week, and review it openly instead of asking you to try harder.
Yes. Sessions are held over secure video, so you can join from anywhere in the country. No commute, and session times flex around work and school.
Your Initial Evaluation is $100 for a 45-minute online session. Ongoing coaching is available as individual sessions or flexible packages tailored to your goals.
We do not accept insurance. Minds & Milestones is private pay, with flexible packages tailored to individual needs. You can pay by PayPal, Zelle, check, or wire.
We’ll say so, and point you toward qualified licensed professionals. Coaching works best as one part of a well-rounded support network.
