Terms and Conditions

Minds & Milestones LLC

Welcome to Minds & Milestones. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mindsmilestones.com (the “Site”) and the coaching services offered by Minds & Milestones LLC (“Minds & Milestones,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Who We Are

Minds & Milestones LLC is a registered limited liability company based at WorkSuites Alpharetta, 3480 Preston Ridge Rd, Suite 500, Alpharetta, GA 30005, United States.

2. What Our Services Are (and Are Not)

Minds & Milestones provides educational coaching and parent-support services, delivered online, including an Initial Evaluation, parent training, individualized coaching plans, and ongoing guidance.

Coaching is not therapy.** Our Services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a physician, psychologist, or other licensed professional. No provider-patient or therapist-client relationship is created by using our Services. We are happy to work alongside your child’s existing care team, and if we believe an issue needs clinical assessment, we will suggest you consult a qualified licensed professional.

You remain fully responsible for decisions about your and your child’s health, education, and care.

3. Not for Emergencies

Our Services are not crisis or emergency services. If you or your child is in danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In the U.S., you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and, where the coaching relates to a child, the child’s parent or legal guardian, to use our Services. By booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Booking, Fees, and Payment

– The Initial Evaluation is a 45-minute online session priced at $100, payable at the time of booking.
– Ongoing support is offered as individual sessions or packages; current options and pricing are shared during or after your Initial Evaluation.
– We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, check, and wire transfer, or as offered through our booking platform.
– Prices may change from time to time. Changes do not affect sessions you have already paid for.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

You may reschedule or cancel a session by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice using the contact details below. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you the next available time that works for you.

7. Refunds

Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for sessions you have not yet used and decide to stop, contact us and we will refund the unused portion, less any applicable payment-processing fees.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate in sessions in good faith, and use the strategies discussed at your own discretion and judgment. Coaching works best with consistent participation, but how and whether you apply any suggestion is always your choice and responsibility.

9. No Guarantees

Every child and every family is different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome, improvement, or result. Testimonials on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of outcomes.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us as confidential, subject to limited exceptions: where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to you, your child, or another person; where disclosure is required by law, including mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse or neglect; or where required by a valid court order. Please also see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and all materials we provide during coaching (plans, worksheets, guides, recordings) are the property of Minds & Milestones LLC. You may use them for your personal, family, and non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, republish, or distribute them without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site and Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (such as booking, payment, video conferencing, or profile pages like Psychology Today). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minds & Milestones LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Site or Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for Services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minds & Milestones LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.

15. Termination

We may decline, pause, or end Services if these Terms are violated, if the coaching relationship is not a good fit, or if continuing would be inappropriate. If we end Services for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid, unused session fees.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and give us a good-faith opportunity to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Minds & Milestones LLC regarding the Site and Services.
